Why more

FREEDIVING IS A MARATHON, NOT A SPRINT

Having taught hundreds of students, I know that true skill acquisition requires repetition and time. Courses are intentionally extended beyond AIDA minimum standards to give your mind and body the time and space they actually need to absorb information, learn and adapt.

WHY THIS MATTERS TO YOU

  • Real comfort: We move at a pace that keeps your stress levels low, allowing you to stay relaxed and focused underwater.

  • Skills that stick: Extra time means more water time, more repetition, more time to embed new skills.

  • Genuine confidence: You won't just tick off course requirements; you will leave feeling more comfortable and confident in the water.
